This kit has been a best of 5.7 @ 124mph and has made 1000 wheel with a VS 80/96 turbocharger.

This kit will work with any S400 frame turbo that uses a 4” DP flange, as well as the popular VSR 7875 turbo with a 1.25 ar. If you purchase a turbo with a vband compressor housing, you can cut it with an angle grinder or bandsaw and it will work (there is a VSracing variant with a vbanded housing that makes more power than its slip fit variant). 
 
We recommend you use a 3" intercooler if you have a 99-02 Truck. If you are not afraid to trim the latch brace, and the grill, then go for the 4".
 
The cold side requires trimming of the headlight brackets. The cold side can work with a Hi-ram if you use a silicone 90 right off the throttle body, and cut the aluminum pipe right before the 90* bend.

THIS KIT WILL NOT WORK IF YOU ARE RUNNING A DEEP PAN ON YOUR 4L80E. IT IS DESIGNED AROUND A 98+ PAN. THIS KIT CLEARS 4x4. THIS KIT WAS DESIGNED WITH A TURBOSMART GATE, PRECISION STYLE WASTEGATES WORK AS WELL. PRE 98 80E PANS CLEAR WITH A TURBOSMART GATE.
